B. Jay Bagdis, Esq. is the
Managing Director of CHRONOS Incorporated, which he founded
in 1976. For over a quarter century, CHRONOS has helped
hundreds of clients start and run small businesses. The
firm helps clients assemble the critical mass of talent
and resources needed to start and run a successful business
venture.
CHRONOS alums then provide a type of self-referral
network, through which prior successful clients lend
aid in management and finance to new entrepreneurs,
leading to an overall client success rate in excess
of seventy-five percent.
Jay is a 1971 Aeronautical Engineering graduate of
Princeton University, where he also earned a Masters
Degree in Systems Engineering in 1973. He received his
J.D from Temple Law Center in 1982, and is a member
of the Bar in New Jersey and in Florida., as well as
in Pennsylvania, where he maintains the majority of
his business practice in the Philadelphia suburbs. Mr.
Bagdis has lectured on the small business start-up process,
and is currently writing a book entitled You Get
to Keep What's Left, which summarizes many of the
principles of successful entrepreneurship.
